Kaiser Permanente Medical Scholars Pathway | Kaiser Permanente Undergraduate & Graduate Medical Education Northern California
We are excited to present the opportunity for MSP students who have successfully completed CHEER and Leadership Forum, and for upper division undergraduate premedical students who are interested in serving as MSP Peer Advisors. Peer Advisors are an integral component of the Medical Scholars Pathway. A MSP Peer Advisor model’s the AAMC recommended professional competencies that are sought after by Medical Schools. By serving as liaisons between the MSP students and the Kaiser Permanente team, Peer Advisors are instrumental in providing mentorship, social and curricular support to our MSP students.
