The session introduced the UC Postbaccalaureate Consortium, explained premedical postbaccalaureate programs and application timelines, and included a question-and-answer session with consortium alumni.
At the time of this announcement, the consortium brought together programs at UC Davis, UC Irvine, UCLA and UCSF to help students from disadvantaged backgrounds prepare for medical school and careers serving California communities with physician shortages.
